Compare Subsystems

The set of proteins in one genome that are assigned to subsystems represents a metabolic reconstruction of that organism. Compare the set of proteins in subsystems between two organisms to compare their metabolic capabilities. Results are displayed in a table that allows you to view those proteins in only one of the selected organisms, or in both of the selected organisms.

Select two organisms to compare.
