tip Identifier Type: The Identifier Type dropdown found on most NMPDR Search forms allows you to specify how you want gene names displayed in the search results. The default is to display the FIG ID? , but you can also choose locus tags, CMR names, RefSeq accession numbers, or any of several common alias types.

This edition of the NMPDR includes 47 archaeal, 725 bacterial, and 29 eukaryal genomes with 3,257,100 genetic features, of which 1,338,895 are in FIGfams curated using 616 active subsystems.
