Target Searching In NMPDR

The NMPDR team has developed a new discovery tool that allows users to identify and characterize proteins? and genes based on various attributes and data items in the Sprout Database. This tool provides users with flexible searching (Boolean) and returns downloadable search results. To complement this search capability we have also included a batch search tool that takes a list of IDS (NCBI, UniProt, CMR, RefSeq, FIG ID) and returns information for each specified gene in the form of standard search results.
